Here it is! The one you've been looking for! The Beast from the Far-East! The BIG V!!! And yes it only has 3500 miles...bought from an estate sale of the original owner who bought it new in 1986...and obviously never rode it much....it mostly looks new, the paint is in amazing condition, that deep ruby metallic red that glows in the sun, perfect...no scratches or blemishes, dings, dents, nothing of the sort...just straight up gorgeous! The chrome on the exhaust is perfect but there is some oxidizing on the headers...most of the chrome looks pretty good but there is some pitting here and there but nothing serious or unusual for a bike this age...the alloy metals of course have some discoloration that was typical of these models (photo) also some of the chrome is lifting on the mag rims also typical...and are what keeps this bike from being mint..some probably would call this bike mint and it does look incredible but the alloy metal in my opinion keeps it out of that catagory...but it does look amazing, just look at those photos! Seat is perfect and the backrest as well, also comes with the backrest storage pouch...Tires are showing wear and age bit it's drivable, brakes are good as well....right fork seal is weepie....performance wise....hhhhmmmm well, lets just say it lives up to the hype! New plugs, battery, oil change and fresh carb cleaning....and yes, it's a rocket on two wheels (most of the time!)(sometimes one) Runs like, well like a screamin Magna! No issues and just barely broke in really and the way it looks, I'm sure the guy really babied it..he obviously took great pride in it's appearance....AWESOME unyielding power that just keeps coming out of this engine and for vintage technology it handles surprisingly well and is very managable...I've had several Vmax's and they were a lil more powerful but a LOT harder to handle IMO....anyway it's a beautiful example of an era gone by and in near mint condition and could easily be put in that catagory with very little effort...great machine don't let this one go!...$500 down with the balance due within seven days...I will accept a check of any kind buit it must clear in my account before I release possession...Good Luck!
