" Up for sale, is a very presentable 51 Chevy Hard Top " This is an original car, not a hot rod, not a rat rod, not a show car. This is a very nice looking old Chevy, that runs and drives great. The interior is very tasteful, seats, headliner and carpet are all in exceptional condition. The car can be driven anywhere at any time, The mechanics are all in roadworthy condition. The motor starts right up every time and runs smooth, all cylinders fire in line, the brakes, tires and exhaust are in very good condition, there is a new battery installed. All the lights and gauges work, the steering is tight and steers easy, the glass has no fog, or bubbles other that the vent glass, I have two brand new vent glass windows that go with the car, not installed. The heater works great, the original AM radio is in working condition, you have to be patient for the tubes to warm up, not like todays radios. There are a nice set of the original fender skirts in included in the sale, all the skirt hanger loops are still attached to the wheel wells. Personally, I like the car without fender skirts, The chrome is in very presentable condition, not show condition. This is an attractive, very clean, comfortable and very solid car that you can get in and drive with confidence.
