THIS CAR RUNS GREAT NOW!I listed this car last week and because it needed a battery and would not start so it did not sell. The high bid was $3200. All the questions asked implied most bidders wanted it original. I was offered $300 for the steering wheel, $350 FOR THE RADIO, $400 for the side pipes, and $500 for the electric seats. *********I cant sell a car without steering or seat so I sold the RADIO and SIDE PIPES, ARE NOT INCLUDED.!!!!! 1972 Pontiac Grand Prix I am 18 years old and recently joined the Coast Guard and stationed in Alabama. The car is in my moms Garage in Burbank, CA. My dad left me this car and I do not want it because it drinks gasoline and its not a car I like. All the boys I know love it but they are not paying for my gas! The car was driven weekly and runs GREAT. It has at least 115,000 miles. There are 455 emblems on the car but it has a 400 engine and a 400 transmission. ALL the power windows do work. The dash gauges and lights work. The power seat does not work. The interior is like new. The paint is beat up, OLD and faded. There are no dents or accident damage. There is some rust where the vinyl top meets the metal in the back and some surface rust that I was told can be wiped off. The pipes on the sides are for show and not hooked up AND NO LONGER INCLUDED. The radio system was taken out after this picture and is NOT included. The electric windows are tinted. There is a kill switch alarm. My dad babied this car and drove it. It has a tune up, oil change, breaks, good tiers, coolant flush and receipts. It also has tilt steering and dual traction and I think air shocks.It has original pontiac floor mats and trunk mats.The front bottom grill is in the trunk. The car has tilt steering wheel. The power steering pump leaks a little. It has AC but it does not work. It has power breaks. There is no hole under the hood scoop and it can come off easily. I am tying to be as honest as I know about this car. At least you know what you are buying. The engine area is dusty and dirty but not greasy. It is not as bad as I am describing I just don't want to deceive anyone so ASK questions. My mom has the owners pink slip. Seller is responsible for all shipping costs. The car is for sale locally so I reserve the right to cancel the auction. I am not asking $8,000++ like some sell for on the internet. So with a little work, and a good paint job you could have a really pretty car. Feel free to make me an offer.
