You are bidding on a one owner 2007 GMC Sierra 2500HD Crew Cab 4x4 truck, equipped with the powerful Duramax 6.6L turbo diesel coupled to the bulletproof Allison transmission. This truck was delivered to its original owner here in Colorado, and the maintenance was religiously performed at the Glenwood Springs, CO GMC dealer. When it's said that diesels only start performing after 150K miles, it is this truck that is being described. The truck starts up smoothly every time, with the glow plugs warming up only for a couple seconds at most on even the coldest mornings. There are no check engine lights or major warnings from the truck's computer. The transmission shifts smoothly yet responsively when driving at any speed and the manual shift mode on the gear selector works exactly how it should. The 4 Wheel Drive System works great and makes this truck a tank in the snow. The truck was driven to Southern California and back in December without so much as a flat tire or any other issue. The truck has received the following in the past month: -Oil Change-New Fuel Filter (Warning Message has not yet been reset)-New windshield-New bedliner There are some slight cosmetic blemishes that are noted in the pics but the most noticable are the damage to the driver's side rearview mirror and the drivers seat material. The other issues are very minor and are hard to pick up with the camera. Mechanically, the truck is in great shape. There is a rattle in the steering column that is noticable but does not affect drivability (and hasn't been a problem for the 5000 miles that we have put on it). The shock aborbers are showing signs of age on bumpy roads but overall the truck is very smooth and easy to drive. The turbo spools as it should and there is no blowby or noticeable smoke from the exhaust.
