Thanks for looking at our auction. ATV: This ATV is a 1995 Honda Fourtrax 300 4x4, the most dependable, longest lasting ATV ever built. Ask any ATV mechanic what the best 4x4 ATV of all time was and he will tell you a TRX300. In its current condition it will out last a brand new one. Honestly we wanted to keep it and put it in our personal collection but we can't keep the lights on that way. If you're a fan of these older Honda ATV's and want one for your collection or your just looking for a great ATV to use this is the one you need. It features a bullet proof 300cc air/oil cooled engine with a five speed foot shift transmission and reverse. It is electric start and does have a kick start for backup. The 4x4 system is full time but these machines are super easy to drive due to their compact size. If you are reading this you probably know about Honda's legendary quality. We get to work on every ATV out there and the simple truth is that Honda's are simply a better made product than the competition. Condition: Guys this ATV is in showroom condition. Although its 17 years old you couldn't tell it from a 2011 Honda Rancher. This ATV is in excellent, used condition. It has 737 original one owner miles. This ATV is a one owner local trade. At first glance you can tell its been well cared for. No major scratches or tears. Its starts easy runs perfect and shifts smoothly. Overall I would give it a 10 out of 10. So overall you are getting an amazing nice used used ATV at a $100 minimum bid and no reserve. You could go buy a new one for $9000+ or here you pick the price, what more could you ask for? Shipping: We do not provide shipping but many of our customers have had great luck lately with www.uship.com You can post your shipping requests there and let shippers bid on them. I will be happy to work with your shipper within reason to make it go smoothly for you. Details: Overall this is a very nice ATV that will make someone very happy. No games here, it will sell. No reserve and no “buy it now”. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington KY and 75 South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax. We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exempion for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine sold new in a state that does not title ATVs therefore it does not have a title. It does have documentation showing its legal chain of ownership and a notarized lien release. It can be titled in any state that requires titles for ATVs with a notarized Kentucky bill of sale which we will provide.
