This is one sweet truck for the any activity!! The truck itself is an eye turner and a ton of fun to drive!! Body of the Truck The paint is a heavy duty single stage Urethane from Dupont – Gelb Green. (The color was originally available on early 70’s model Porsche 911s). All rust was removed. Rusted body areas were all replaced with OEM parts and painted black. Frame, floors and majority of undercarriage were treated with POR-15 to permanently eliminate rust. Fender Flares were mounted with stainless steel bolts. Undercarriage was sandblasted and painted black. The bumpers were custom made to follow lines of the truck and allow for low approach angles. Top New white soft top with tinted zip out windows. Power Train Manual Transmission - Rebuilt The dana 20 transfer case and 302 cu. in. engine are original, running strong, and are leak free. Clutch – New 11” Luk and throw-out bearing. Resurfaced flywheel and ring. This clutch is known for its smooth shifting. To complete the look, the shifter for the transmission and the transfer case are now located on the floor and the transfer case has been changed to a twin stick. The front axle has had the differential fluid changed and has had the driver’s side u-joint repaired. The driver’s side hub has been torn down and repacked with heavy duty grease. 35x12.5x17 Nitto Mudgrapplers 17x12 American Racing wheels Fuel system Fuel lines were replaced as needed. The rear gas tank was cleaned. The front tank is an aftermarket poly tank. The engine compartment has been completely cleaned and the engine block and intake manifold have been painted the classic old ford blue with high temp ceramic paint. The compartment also contains: New intake manifold gasket. New valve covers. New starter solenoid. New windshield washer reservoir. New overflow container. New rotor cap, rotor, and spark plugs. New NAPA battery with full warranty. New Heater hoses and heater coil. Electrical New Centech Wire harness, new fuse box, mini-fuses, and plastic glove box. Interior New carpet with aluminum trim. Factory reupholstered seats. Exhaust Aftermarket headers for improved power. The truck does not currently have an exhaust system as I have just recently installed the headers. I will however include a new system once the reserve is met. This new system will feature 18” glasspacks with tailpipes coming out in front of the rear tires. I’m sure we can work something out if a different system is desired. Like i said above the truck is great and fun to drive but the paint is not perfect and has a few flaws. The tires are getting close to their wear tabs and will need to be replaced soon but this should be a great way for the new owner to personalize their truck to their wants and needs. The truck does have a small leak at the rear axle where the driveshaft meets the yoke, but it is very minimal. Please bid with confidence as this is a solid truck and great rebuild. Otherwise the final payment can be made through cash in person or a certified banks cashier check.
