Vehicle Detail

1974 CHEVROLET SUPER SPORT EL CAMINO! RESTORED WITH LESS THAN 2K MILES SINCE COMPLETION! SWIVEL BUCKETS & FACTORY TACH! LOADED WITH POWER STEERING, POWER BRAKES, COLD AIR CONDITIONING, AND A FRESH 350 CRATE MOTOR! This El Camino under went a full restoration and was completed just last year. It has had less than 2k miles put on it since completion. It is extremely reliable and I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere. It is also a real attention grabber. As you know, you can't hide anything when you're painting a car black and the paint on this car is so slick, people just tend to flock to it. Photos tell a thousand stories but when it comes to this El Camino, the photos truly do not do it any justice. So if you're looking for a fun dependable toy to cruise around, give me a call. Body: This El Camino actually retains the majority of its original sheet metal. The only sheet metal that truly needed replaced were the quarters. This was done with brand new sheet metal and as you can see, they line up just like they did the day this beauty rolled off of the assembly line. As you will notice, the body and paint work were done professionally and quite a bit of time was invested to get it as straight as you see it today. The paint is unbelievably slick and shines like glass. They really did a TREMENDOUS job with the paint work on this El Camino. With that said, there is one small rock chip on the tail gate. It is hardly noticeable but it is there. The bumpers, both front and rear are the originals. They were both sent off and rechromed. They both are beautiful and look far better than any aftermarket bumper you could find. All of the glass, trim, and weather stripping are all in excellent condition. Engine & Mechanical: The 350 in this El Camino is a crate motor and it is in excellent working order. It does not smoke, burn an excess amount of fluid, nor does it make any odd noises. It is highly dependable and runs out with zero problems. The transmission is also fresh and shifts smoothly through its gears. Both the motor and transmission have under 2k miles on them. The one thing the El Camino does need is to have the engine bay detailed. That was the last remaining bit that needed completed upon finishing the restoration. The power steering setup is in excellent working order as is the brake setup. It does have front disc brakes which work extremely well. All of the electrical components (with the exception of the cruise control) are in good working order. They too were all gone through and work with no problems. The AC system has been converted and is also in excellent working order. It blows nice and cold. Interior: The swivel buckets in this El Camino have been completely redone and they are totally functional. They are both in excellent shape. The carpet and headliner were replaced and the dash was gone through. The door panels were about the only item that was not replaced and you can see why. They were and still are in great shape. It would run someone well over 30k dollars to restore any El Camino to where this one sits today. I'm selling it for FAR LESS than that. This is probably the best deal you will find anywhere online, in fact I do not anticipate it being on eBay for very long as I just need to get it sold. I will be evaluating all reasonable offers and I will in fact sell the El Camino early as we do have it for sale "locally". I strongly encourage anyone who is interested to please call or email to schedule a time to come check it out. I would also like to add that I am usually on the phone from 7 AM until about 12 AM so you are always welcome to call and if I do not answer, just leave a message and I will return your call immediately. I know from my own experience with purchasing cars online, most of the time it is very difficult to get someone on the phone and to obtain the information you need. So I try to always stay on top of emails and phone calls. We do have a clear title for this El Camino. As always, good luck and happy bidding! Usually these deals are too good to be true, and for good reason. Scammers will typically not be able to answer questions about the car, have a very low "buy it now" price and will ask for a deposit.
