Vehicle Detail
1896 Chevrolet K5 Blazer, Silverado package. Nice, old school Blazer, has a carburated engine. Has Eldebrock aluminum intake, caruburetor, chrome valve covers and air cleaner housing. Other than that, engine compartment is stock. Very smooth runner, engine is solid, has no mechanical noise. Transmission shifts out just right. Interior and exterior are in very good condition. People in the community have stopped by and asked to just look at it, because you don't find them like this very often. The interior has a middle bucket seat in the front. When folded down is is a cupholder, and a small compartment. Raised up, it is a third seat. The, the bottom of the seat flips toward the front, and there is another compartment under the seat part of the middle seat. Seats are flawless, rear seat is good also. Headliner is still up like it is supposed to be, not loose and sagging. Windshield is clear, and the antenna is in the glass. This vehicle is solid enough that you could let your daughter drive it to school every day. Almost new tires, I don't know exactly how new, just know a lot of tread is there. I did not put them on the vehicle. I am selling this for a friend that is not computer savvy, he cannot even text, which I have not done all that long either. Has the original jack, lug wrench, spare tire mounted inside. Has chrome directional rims on the ground wheel assemblies. It has a couple scratches on the exterior, with the only paint missing is the dime size spot just below the topper on the passenger side. Rest of the paint looks good. Also shows that this Blazer came with a rear locking differential. 3.42 is the gear ratio of the differentials, so mileage is as good as you can expect, and it is still smooth at 65, and not straining any at all. Ask any questions and I will gladly answer to the best of my ability. My friend is just a phone call away if I don't know the answer immediately. At end of auction I want a $500.00 non refundable deposit within three days. Final payment within seven days. It can stay here as long as you need it to stay until arrangements can be made for you to get it. I may can deliver, we can discuss this after you buy it. Thanks for looking at my Blazer, and good luck, someone is going to get a great Blazer. On Feb-26-12 at 19:00:43 PST, seller added the following information: This Chevrolet Blazer is a 4X4 with Corporate axles.
