I am selling my Porsche 993 / "911" Carrera 4 ... it is a great car in excellent driving condition. Selling because I have moved (to the West Coast), and rarely get a chance to drive the car (which is garaged at my place in New York). The car will be a great deal for someone who always wanted a 911 and looking for a problem free well maintained car. About the "993" 911.... This is a 993, the last of the air-cooled 911's (the "true" porsches !) - and has now become an instant classic and the value goes up on these cars every day. Repairs are minimal, and costs are incredibly cheap because the parts are so simple. These cars are MUCH MORE reliable than the 996 cars that replaced it (which is why 1995-1998 911's sell for more than 1999-2004 911's). The 993 is simply much more enjoyable to drive. (I may be biased, because I have a couple of them ;) ). The gearbox puts a grin on your face every time you shift the car. And it is completely easy to use. Obviously, this car was a daily driver. I am the 2nd owner, The first owner drove 60-100 miles a day (for long commutes) until I bought it from him a couple of years ago. It is a 4WD / AWD drive car - and it handles incredibly. The New Owner will be very satisfied driving this car ! SPECIFICS : White with Porsche Classic Grey Interior 136k miles *(I will update with the exact mileage when I fly to NY this weekend..but it is within 100 miles of this number)6-speed manual AWD (all wheel Drive) Limited Slip Differential 2nd owner zero zero zero issues with engine or transmission. All service is up to date. CLEAN CAR FAX ! car is completely stock/original ISSUES: normal wear for mileage of this car :wear on driver's side bolster (see pics), some scuff marks on wheels (see pics)hood shocks need replacing, driver's side seat has occasional contact issues with switch (no issues with seat motor) REASON FOR SELLING: I moved from NY to California, and have more than enough cars (or so I am told).
