I purchased this truck in 1994 with intent of restoring it. I did some minore interior work and stopped due to lack of funds. I used it as an everyday driver throughout school. It stopped being driven regularly in 2005 and has been kept in a barn. In the past couple of years i have purchased two trucks identical to this one that are fully restored so i have no intentions of sinking an money into this one. The truck does not crank due to some electrical problems whether it be the coil, distributor, etc. and i have just never taken the time or money to investigate and fix! The motor does turn but just wont fire(a minor fix). The engine is the original straight six with the original 3 speed transmission. The wood bed was removed before i purchased it and replaced with diamond tread material. All of the body is original despite the tailgate being painted green. The truck does have the usual rust spots common for this series or trucks which is noted in the pics. The worst being the area above the visors. I hate to sell the vehicle because it was my first vehicle but it will make someone a good candidate for restoration and give me more room in my barn.
