Up for sale is a beautiful fully restored 1965 VW Single Cab. Single Cabs in a condition like this one are very rare and hard to find. The previous owner spent a lot of time and dedication on this unique truck to bring it in its current condition. All trouble spots that Single Cabs are known for have been professionally repaired or restored. The T2 is a absolutely rust free solid truck. It is NOT a bondo restauration! All metal that needed to be replaced, has been replaced. It is too much to mention every detail that’s why we took close to 100 pictures to present the VW as precisely as possible. Mechanically the VW is in absolutely top condition. The motor starts right up and pulls the tranny without hesitation through all the gears. All lights and the original Sapphire 1 Radio are working perfectly. Here's a list of the metal work that has been done to the truck, all with new replacement panels: 1. Both front floor corners replaced 2. Treasure chest floors, replaced both halfs front to back 3. Both gas tank mounts replaced gas tank sealed 4. Inner and outer rocker panels replaced both sides 5. Bottom hinge channel of all three gates replaced 6. Jack points repaired or replaced Mechanical work done: 1. All new brakes, wheel cylinders and master cylinder. 1.
