Vehicle Detail
This is a well kept, Garaged 1990 Camaro IROC-Z28. I bought this car with the thought of parting it out. After getting it home I decided it would be a shame to destroy this last year IROC. If this car does not sell it will be parted so check back with my auctions for parts from this car. As you can see from the pics this car has some damage to the right front corner. The previous owner lost control and run it off road. He made some attempts to have the car repaired but it needs to be finished/redone. From what I can see he replaced the right front fender inner apron. It looks like it needs to be finished spot welding then smoothed out. I tried to take a pic but its hard to see, it appears there is a small kink in the right side frame near the starter. Not sure if it is enough to be an issue, only an alignment will tell. The previous owner replaced the passenger fender, it is blue but not the same color blue as the rest of the car. It still needs a passenger ground effect, repair or replace the hood, replace front lower spoiler, repair crack in front bumper, repair crack in drivers ground effect, repair passenger front upper door. I may have access to some of the parts needed for an extra charge. The rest of the body is in nice shape, there is a few other places that may need some minor repairs so please see pics. The roof has the typical gm paint peeling. It is missing the front fog lamps and the 5.7 tuned port injection emblem on the rear bumper. The previous owner had just put many new parts on the car before the accident including: Polishing original wheels, new dunlop Z rated tires (the right front holds air fine but has some cracks in the rubber), 52mm throttle body, March under drive pulleys, K&N filters, Flowmaster catback exhaust with Magnaflow muffler, Computer chip, B&M street shift kit and chrome pan, I am told it also has a new stall converter in it but does not seem to take off much different than my other Irocs. The interior is in excellent condition as you can see from the pics. The headliner had been replaced at some point but they did not redo the visors or sail panels. The air bag has been deployed, but there are several on eBay for under $40. No holes, rips, or stains in the carpet or seats. The hatch pull down motor works very nice and smooth. Power locks, windows, defrost all work. This car has never been smoked in. This car has the factory installed Bose Gold series CD and speakers. The radio turns on and scrolls through the stations but there is no sound. The previous owner said it worked before the accident ( Could just be a fuse or relay for the bose amps). The car starts, runs, idles, and shifts as it should. One of the studs is broken off the right exhaust manifold where the header pipe bolts to it so it does have an exhaust leak. All the fluids are very clean and full. Please look at the pics and ask any questions needed through email or you can call me @ 770-596 2112. I have only driven this car a mile or two through my neighborhood and do not fully know the reliability of it. You have to remember it is 22+ years old. I would not recommend driving any distance because of the exhaust leak and the need of frame and alignment check.I am not a dealer and do not have any access or contacts for shipping this car. If you plan to have shipped please check on that before bidding. I have used Uship.com in the past for moving cars and boats and I have had great success. The $250 deposit must be paid through paypal with 48 hours of auctions end. If you can pick the car up before the 48 hours and have cash the deposit is not needed. The car must be paid in full within 7 days of auctions end. If for some reason you can not complete the sale the $250 deposit is non refundable to cover listing/selling costs.
