The Good the Bad and the Ugly:This is my mothers 1998 Audi A4 Avant quattro; a true one owner driven by a little old lady car. She has not driven the car for the last three years. I have kept a battery tender on in and driven up and down the street monthly. It starts right up and runs well. The transmission shifts well. The front suspension was replaced a few years back. A complete new rear suspension is included in the sale but not installed. The power steering groans when the wheel is turned, could just need fluid of perhaps it needs more work.I believe that the left cylinder bank has a warped head, see photo. The interior is ugly, the leather is dried out, discolored, cracked and torn. The rear bench seat is also moldy.The drivers side window does not work, all the others do. The sunroof also works This is a project car for sure. If you want to come to Media PA and test drive it you are welcome.
