liv4today Store 1962 Studebaker GT HAWK Gran Turismo Hawk No Reserve! Vehicle Description: You are bidding on a 1962 Studebaker Gran Turismo Hawk. This 1962 Studebaker GT Hawk has a great running 289 V8 Engine with 4 barrel carburetor. It has a 3 speed Overdrive Transmission and Hurst floor shifter. Older amateur paint job looks and runs nice (see video) for a enjoyable daily driver, but not show quality. Nice full gage dash, twin traction rear axle, newer tires, carpet, nice chrome, all new fuel lines and electric pump. The car has been in storage since we bought it and recently decided to take it out and sell it. This car originally came with quite a few options including: 289 V8, 3 Speed Transmission with Overdrive, Twin Traction Rear End, Air Conditioning and a few other goodies. The previous owner said the engine was rebuilt at some point and the air-conditioning was removed. The dash has nice looking full set of gages, but unsure if all function. There is some rust in trunk and there are some tear's in seat covers and headliner.
