I drive every one of my sale vehicles and write a thorough description including the good and bad of the vehicle. Up for auction with a low reserve is a 2006 Subaru Legacy i Special Edition Wagon built right here in the USA. This Legacy wagon is powered by Subaru's 2.5L flat 4 engine, 5-speed manual transmission, and Symmetrical all wheel drive. This drive train combination combines long-lasting, easy to maintain equipment in a sporty, easy to drive package. This Subaru's one owner appears to have been an on-the-road office equipment salesman. Someone that relies that heavily on their car picks a good vehicle and takes care of it, because they know if they get stranded by car trouble, they don't make any sales. It is obvious that this car was well maintained and it looks and drives better than many cars with half the mileage. The flat 4 engine fires up right away, idles smoothly, and provides plenty of power with a Subaru boxer purr. The 5-speed manual transmission is one of the best I've driven. It shifts very smoothly, has good clutch engagement, and the shifter clicks in and out of the gates like it's brand new. The symmetrical AWD work effortlessly and you will probably never even notice it's there. When you need the extra traction of AWD, it is there with no fuss. When you don't need it, it doesn't affect the driving experience at all. There is none of the popping, hopping, or grinding that can effect other high mileage AWD systems. The suspension is tight and responsive. It soaks up the bumps with no rattles, clunks, or squeaks and does not pull or shake. The ABS brakes are strong and stop straight. The black metallic paint is in better than average condition, especially considering the mileage. It does have blemishes and rock chips on the hood and front bumper as you would expect on a car with a lot of highway driving. There is a blemish in the driver's door (see pics) and some scratches in various locations. The glass and lights are in good condition, not cracked or broken. The 5 spoke 17" alloy wheels are in very good condition, only one has noticeable curb rash. The wheels are wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza 205/50R17 tires. These high end all-season sporty radials all have good tread with better than 60% tread life left. Autocheck shows an accident on the history report. I do not have any details on the incident. It seems to have been a minor fender-bender. The airbags do not appear to have deployed, nor is there any crumpled body panels or scratched up areas on the car. Look at the pictures. The only damage I can see, and this is minor, is a crack in the front bumper beside where the fog light would be (if this car was equipped with them) and the hood is slightly out of alignment. The hood latches properly with not trouble. The title is clear, it is NOT a rebuilt or salvage vehicle. The very attractive black with gray two tone interior is in above average condition. The well bolstered, comfortable seats are not stained and the only rip is in the driver's seat on the side. The door cards on the rear seats have some nicks and scratches. The black carpet is in excellent condition, not stained, worn out, or torn. The headliner is in like-new condition. The fold flat rear seats give this wagon a lot of cargo space for such a small vehicle. This Legacy wagon has the optional two piece sun-roof. The power tilt and slide mechanisms work properly and all that glass allows a tremendous amount of light in. The power windows and mirrors work as the should. The power locks and keyless remote with alarm work properly. The AM/FM CD stereo has very good sound quality. The heater warms up the car quickly and the fan works very well. The A/C appears to work (it is hard to tell when it is this cold out). I have put over 1000 miles on this Subaru personally. I have had not rouble with it whatsoever. It gets very good gas mileage for a larger AWD vehicle. In mixed driving (about 50% around town and 50% longer highway trips) I am getting 27.3 mpg and I don't have a light foot. I have driven it in the rain, on dry pavement, and through unplowed snow, and there is nothing that fazes this car. It is solid and well mannered in any driving condition. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
A $150 Deposit via PayPal is required within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Other arrangements can be made, but they must be approved within 24 hours of the end of the auction. This deposit will cover the admin/doc fee. You will still be required to pay the full amount of your final bid to complete the sale.
Full payment is required within 7 days of end of auction. Please contact me to make payment arrangements. No vehicle will be released without full payment. All checks or money orders must clear my bank and be available for withdrawl before the title will be released.
All payments must be made in $US.
PayPal is NOT accepted as a method for final payment. This includes "Bill Me Later".
Vehicles must be picked up within 14 days. After this date, a $20/day storage fee will be imposed. Any vehicle left more than 31 days may be considered abandoned.

30-Day Temporary tags (a.k.a In transit or Transport) can be obtained from the State of PA for out of state buyers at your expense. Ask about requirements and restrictions. I do NOT issue these tags, they are obtained from the State, I can only assist you.
