This is a beautiful BMW, clean, drives well. It does have a salvage title history. History: one fairly minor accident (bumper, light, side panel damage), NO frame damage, and dealer confirmed that air bags DID NOT go off. Vehicle inspected by the BMW dealer. New E90 body style--essentially the same as 2011. This car was sold as a Certified Pre Owned BMW with one prior lease owner a few months before the accident. Title in hand. Registration and insurance current. Vehicle smogged. All fees paid through May 2012. I am a private owner. Car has: Full Power Options Tilt/Slide Moonroof Leather Alarm System Alloy Wheels Day/Night Electrochromatic Mirrors Anti-Lock Brakes A/C with Automatic Dual Climate Control CD Cruise Control Steering Wheel Mounted Controls/Bluetooth/Integrated Phone Fog Lights Run Flat Tires with Tire Pressure Monitor Front/Side Impact Airbag Traction Control 1. Car has minor scratches on front bumper and small (1 inch diameter) dent on hood. 2. Car needs three new seat belt buckles (driver's and two rear passengers') with pretensioners. They are causing the seat belt and air bag light to light up. They are available on ebay for about $75/each.
