I Am re-listing my bus because the buyer back in Nov was moving from the UK to the States but now their plans have changed. I started with a 1976 VW camper with great interior but rust all over body. Bought a 1971 body from CA, with almost zero rust, and repainted it's orginal 1971 color Dove/white. Front seats are from 1971 body and the top with the single cot had to be transferred as well. The pop-top is original, and if good condition, the top has also been repainted and looks great. Still needs interior panels, need to get the stove, fridge and sink working. Recently had motor worked on and it runs strong, new tires, 2nd battery installed and wired. Speedometer does not work, mileage is a guess, and the fuel gauge does not operate, no speakers for the radio. I project that I got started but ran out of steam. Very happy with the body though, no rust, and the paint job is perfect. Comes with outside tent (picture of tent is from orginal brochure), and childs cot that installs over the front seats. Good bus, fun project, just needs a motivated good owner. I will drive anywhere under let's say 700 miles.
