THE HISTORY The Mercedes CLK500 has only 78,581 miles on it... that is only an average of 10.5k miles per year of driving which is actually a lot less than the normal 15k/yr most people do !!! The VIN is WDBTJ75J35F126053. It was assembled in MB's Bremen plant in Germany and imported into the USA in June of 2004. It was sold Brand New by Mercedes Benz of Westwood in Westwood MA on August 25th of 2004 with just 8 miles on the odometer. In May of 2009 and with just 49,120 miles on the odometer, this CLK500 was traded in at Braman BMW in Miami Florida on a brand new 535i they had for sale. On June 3rd of 2009, I purchased this CLK500 from Braman BMW to offer for sale. I had it fully inspected as normal, detailed, and drove it home to take photos the next morning. That evening my wife saw the CLK500 in the garage and fell in love with it. I felt the vehicle was in excellent cosmetic and mechanical shape and decided it was ok to keep as one of my personal vehicles. I titled the CLK500 in my company's name on July 28th of 2009 and purchased an extended warranty on the vehicle. Per my accountant, He wanted me to title it in my wife's name and did so on November 3rd of 2009... hence why Autocheck thinks a bunch of owners. I had 3M Ceramic Window Film installed all the way around the vehicle. I purchased the Bluetooth module to give the car bluetooth wireless ability. Because I am a perfectionist and my wife was going to be driving the vehicle every day (not because it was in need of any of this), I installed brand new Michelin Pilot Sport tires, new brake pads, new brake rotors, performed a complete oil and filter service, replaced the air filter, replaced the a/c filter, replaced the drive belts, and installed new floormats. During our ownership I performed oil services every 2500 miles (not needed so often but it doesnt cost me anything except for the oil so why not). My wife and I have enjoyed the vehicle for the past 28k miles and it has been a wonderful vehicle. My wife and I just had our first child and unfortunatly a coupe is not very easy with a car seat... so I just bought her an E550 and it is now time for this CLK500 to find a new loving owner. I can assure you... this CLK500 is most likely in better shape than any other one of ebay and I know that it has ZERO issues that you will need to deal with. THE CONDITION The overall exterior condition of the vehicle is very good. The vehicle looks absolutly great for its age and mileage although some very minor surface scuffs/scratches are evident here and there. The metallic paint is deep and glossy. The very bottom of the front bumper has a minor crack in it from a parking curb but it does not look bad in any way. The interior shows very little wear. The leather looks very clean and is free of any tears. The carpeting is plush and clean. The dash and door panels are in great shape. Some of the rims have some minor curb rash. I have two master keys, the 6 CD cartridge, the Motorola cellular phone, the bluetooth module, the Nav disc, and the carpet floormats.
