1954 CHRYSLER NEW YORKER TOWN AND COUNTRY WAGON This is a fine example of a Chrysler Station Wagon ; A style which has gained great favor recently among collectors. This vehicle is fairly intact and is ready for restoration. It appears to have all its original factory parts and accessories (including trim and badges). It even has an aftermarket,underdash air conditioning unit. The body panels are solid, in most cases, but some do have some surface and perforating rust. We have tried to photograph all the areas that need more attention. FEATURES AND EQUIPMENT 331 C.I.D. HEMI V8 Engine,Fully Automatic (PowerFlite) Transmission,Power Sterring and Brakes,Electric Power Windows, Power Front Seat (Front Seat is Non-Original,Factory Tinted Windows , Exclusive Stainless Steel Trim including: Front Window Reveal,Beltline,Front Fenders,Front Door,Front Grill,Stone Guards (RR),and Full Wheel Covers.The vehicle is also is equipped with rain deflectors on the side windows. Front and rear Bumpers are Chrome. The rear Cargo Area is made out of original wood decking with stainless steel slide strips to make it easy to load and unload. The rear seat is dual "tumble down" design, to create an enormous cargo area. The rear window is of the "roll down" type but needs mechanical repair. The vehicle has its flaws but appears to be a suitable project car. The engine has not been started. The vehicle is sold "As-Is" with NO Warranty and on a where is basis.
