Luxury 1999 Volvo S80 sedan. Car runs and drives but NEEDS TRANSMISSION WORK. Body looks good, interior is fine. 161k. Clean title. Private owner. I am the second owner and I have owned this car for eight years. Oil changed every 3k, has always run well. Great gas mileage. Fully loaded with leather, moonroof, dynamic stability traction control, ABS, power options, cruise control, steering wheel controls, 4 disk CD changer with premium sound, dual front and side airbags, alloy wheels. The problems: -Transmission service light on, and transmission is acting up. It takes a while to get into higher gear and build up speed. Could be a sensor or a simple fix, or something more serious. I don't know. -Service engine light on. Car has been sitting for 3 years, so I think it just needs a good tune up. I have changed the oil and all the fluids. Might be a good idea to drain and change fuel and coolant also and do the spark plugs and clean fuel injectors. -Airbag light is on. Car was in a collision (side impact, NO major mechanical or frame damage), and airbags were replaced but not reset at the dealer. Dashboard plastic is damaged where passenger airbag had deployed. -A/C needs recharge. NO RESERVE. Starting bidding at $1799 (less than half of book value). Any questions?
