Thanks for looking at our auction. ATV: This is a super nice 2007 Suzuki King Quad 450 EFI 4x4. These machines are awesome. It is a liquid cooled, 4-stroke, fuel injected ATV with a fully automatic transmission. The transmission has high and low range as well as reverse. It has four wheel independent suspension and on-demand 4 wheel drive meaning that when you need 4x4 you only have to flip a switch. Then, when the going gets really rough you can even lock the front differential for true all wheel drive performance. It also has a speedometer with a digital display that shows hours, miles, trip-meter, 4x4 vs 4x2. In addition, it has a digital fuel gauge. It also has a 12 volt accessory outlet for a spotlight, cell phone charger, etc. Racks on both ends are standard, it has full floor boards instead of pegs. Of course it does come with a clean title. Condition: This machine is in excellent condition. It has only 1598 original miles and 133 engine hours of use. The engine is perfect and fires immediately as soon as you push the button. The fuel injection truly makes for instant starts in any weather. The chassis and suspension are in great shape with nothing damaged, bent or broken. It revs perfectly and pulls hard with no misses, noises, leaks or smoke. The brakes all function perfectly as well. The wheels are in nice shape and the tires still have 90% or better tread remaining. The plastics are pretty much perfect. It has a few light, normal scratches on it but absolutely nothing serious. Everything on it functions exactly as it should. A new one just like this would set you back around $8500. This one looks great, runs great and is a chance to get all the features you want at a great price. No reserve and no “buy it now”. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington KY and 75 South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax. We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATVs to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
