Up for sale once again due to my buyer not following thru, is a 1957 Chevy shortbed stepside pickup, this is a project,perfect for a rat rod or parts, or whatever you want. It has no motor or trans. it is just a roller, it is rusty in all the usual places, cab corners, door steps, door bottoms, lower front fenders, right eyebrow, lower bedsides, and floor boards. The rear fenders, bed steps, and tailgate, are solid. I do have several patch panels that come with it. I have a newer tinted windshield and a good rear window that comes with it, I also have a good side window and vent wing for the passenger side, driverside glass is good to. The interior is blank, no seat, gas tank, etc. Truck does have tilt steering column from a camaro with auto shifter on column, with a key. Truck has been lowered, has a camaro subframe installed in the front, with disk brakes and power steering, in the rear it has had an axle flip and C- notch, has a 79 malibu 10 bolt rear, ratio unknown. It has American Racing Outlaw 1 wheels 15x7 up front & 15x8 in the rear. I have the front & rear bumpers for it, and a few other parts. The truck is mostly complete but it is missing a few parts here and there. I bought this truck to restore but I dont have time, so i am selling it, It was in pieces when I got it, so I loosely bolted the front end and bed on it so you could see what is there, and the doors are not bolted on , they are straped on with bungie straps, the hinges and hardware are inside the truck. The passenger door is very rusty and bent up at the top, so it will have to be replaced, all other panels are saveable. This truck needs alot of work, but it is a real 1957 Chevy pickup, and as we all know, they are getting harder to find, so here is your chance to get one at an affordable price. The truck does have a clear Fl. title in my name, but no vin. tag, it got lost in the shuffle, but thats not a problem you can get those made. The truck is being sold as is where is! So buyer is responsible for pickup or any shipping arrangements. I can help push the truck up on your trailer.
