1970 Triumph Bonneville

This 1970 T120R Bonneville motorcycle has just received a complete frame off restoration. The engine and transmission were rebuilt during the four month restoration. The engine was tested the required one hour in six 10 minute increments to assure proper seating of the valves and rings. There are zero miles on the restored motorcycle. No expense was spared in restoring or rechroming as many original parts as possible during the build. Where replacement parts were required, NOS parts were used whenever possible. The frame and all blackwork, including the oil tank, Fork tubes, left side cover and headlight brackets, were professionally repainted prior to reassembly of the motorcycle. All bolts, nuts and fasteners on the motorcycle have been re-cadmium plated. The paint is original to the motorcycle and is in excellent condition as seen in the pictures. It is basically a brand new 1970 650 Bonneville of very high quality. This motorcycle is in perfect operating condition. It is being auctioned without reserve. Serious bidders only please. Be prepared to purchase the motorcycle if you bid. Any bidder wishing to negotiate to purchase the motorcycle and end the auction may do so by emailing me. If I accept an emailed private offer I will change the listing to a buy it now basis so that eBay vehicle protection will still apply. Immediate payment is due by wire transfer if purchased on a negotiated basis. I recommend that all bidders come to Knoxville, Tennessee to inspect the motorcycle in person. There are no rides. You ride it after you buy it. It is being sold on an "as-is where-is" basis. The buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and shipping costs. A $1,000 nonrefundable deposit is required within 24 hours of auction close to my PayPal account, with the balance payable; in cash at time of pick up, by electronic wire transfer to my account, or by cashier's check by overnight mail. Full payment is required within 7 days. The motorcycle does not leave my location until funds are confirmed in my account. I reserve the right to refuse to do business with any pontential purchaser solely at my discretion, to cancel, amend or relist this item at any time for any reason, and to sell the motorcycle privately outside this auction.
