Hi! Up for sale a 1976 MGB convertible with 69,000miles. Spring is just around the corner. This is one of the nicest MGB's that you are going to find on E-bay. I love this car and I don't want to sell it but my bride doesn't want it anymore. Last year the car was taken down to bare metal and sent to the body shop where they took out a few dings and was painted with a PPG base-coat-clear-coat-system. The body and paint are absolutely gorgeous. The underside floors and frame are in very nice shape and has no patches. The side trim and trim fasteners are new. The car has five wire-spoke wheels and almost new tires. The convertible top is in very good shape, it has two small rips that have been sewn. All exterior lights work. The engine runs beautiful and doesn't smoke or knock. The trans shifts nicely and all fluids in the car have been changed. It has new radiator hoses, thermostat, starter, lucas fuse box, and a new electronic ignition. The interior is beautiful. It has new carpet and door panels. The dashboard is in excellent condition; no cracks. The seats are in nice condition; no tears or rips. All gages work. This car has a nice radio but you will need speakers. I have a pile of receipts that come with the car, owner's manuel, a spare tire, a wrench, a hammer, a jack, a cover to cover the top when the top is down, and some other parts. Also, an air pump in excellent working condition and the rail. In case you live in a smog state, you can simply put them back on. I have described this car to the best of my knowledge. It is being sold as is no returns. If you live close feel free to come and take a look or if there is anything that I can answer for you. The car is for sale locally; I have he right to end this auction anytime. Shipping is the responsibility of the new owner. I have a clean, clear Illinois title, a thousand dollar nonrefundable deposit is due 24hours after the end of the auction. Again, this is a beautiful car that you can just get in and drive.
