POLICE SEIZED ATV You are bidding on a Suzuki Quadsport LTZ 400 that was seized and subsequently forfeited as the result of a criminal investigation. The atv was seized in October of 2010. It ran well at that time. It has been stored indoors since then, but no maintenance was conducted. Furthermore, it has not been started or driven during that period. The battery is dead and will need replaced. On February 1st, 2012, I was able to jump-start the atv and ran it for several minutes. The gas is old and bad, however it still ran. Once it was turned off, gas started to leak out of the bottom of the carburetor. It is strongly recommended that serious bidders come see the atv prior to bidding. Appointments can be made by contacting me through ebay. The atv is being sold "AS IS." The sale will be final and a refund will not be considered. Disappointed buyers will have no recourse against the Cecil County Drug Task Force and/or the participating agencies therein. The Cecil County Drug Task Force reserves the right to re-list the atv for failure to pay the deposit, failure to make payment within seven days of auction close or failure to pick up the atv within 10 days of auction close.
