We purchased the Jeep in June of 2010 as a second car for my wife to drive around town. We have recently moved to Manhattan and no longer have a need for the car and it is currently located in Morganville, New Jersey. In the time we have had the car, we have put on approximately 3,000 miles and replaced the black soft top and also put on 4 brand new tires in October of 2010. We also had the brakes repaired and engine tune up. The Jeep itself is solid, with only the front passenger side fender (pictured above) damaged and minor surface rust in areas. The two side steps are cracked around the center of the platform, but still fully support you when entering and leaving the vehicle. The drivers side seat is rough (pictured above) and when the car is first started, the transmission has a slight hesitation in third gear, until the engine is at optimal temperature and then there is no hesitation. The drivers side seat belt does not always fully lock. I have listed this auction for full nationwide, however, pickup and transport of the vehicle will be the responsibility of the new owner.
