This M3 has lot's of modifications and extras. Very little mechanical modifications, but lots of cosmetic upgrades, which is truly right way to upgrade your car vs. putting a turbo or super charger that can damage the engine. In California, unlike other states, there are no regulations in regards to issuing a salvage title in accordance with a specific percentage of the repair costs vs. the value of the vehicle. This vehicle suffered small damage to the rear left suspension that caused the trailing arm (lower arm) to get bent. All the affected and damaged parts have been replaced with original BMW M3 parts and there are no concerns now. This is a sole reason why the car was given a salvage title, a suspension damage, which is one of the easiest damages to fix. No Frame damage, mechanical damage, or airbag deployment. There were no physical body damage except for what you see in the pictures on the front bumper, on the side skirts (rocker moldings). We have done no bodywork or paint on the car since the car was given a salvage title. There are some areas on the top of the car where the orange paint is fading. CF parts are not fading and look pretty good. Car has lot's or potential and needs very little work to be a track ready race car or just a nice looking car on the road. I would say after a nice paint work, you will have yourself a $50,000 looking car for half as much. *** Please note the cosmetic flaws in the paint, showed in the pictures*** ***** FINANCING AND PAYMENTS ***** FINANCING IS LIMITED ON CARS WITH A SALVAGE TITLE. For the balance, cash or wire transfer will be accepted only; we don't accept checks of any kind for this transaction, simply because of the bad experiences. 10. We have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. We have not done any attempt do find or to determine exactly what needs to be replaced or is missing from the car. Any information provided by us as the seller is to the best of our findings and knowledge about the car at the time, and we can't be held responsible for what we didn't see, announced or find that could be discovered by buyer's inspection. 11. We welcome a buyers inspection, before the end of the auction. If you plan to come in person and inspect the car yourself, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to placing your bid and call in advance for appointment. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees. No inspection is allowed after the sale. Only items and conditions not mentioned by the seller are subject to a dispute by buyer after the auction. Inspection is only authorized in an official BMW dealership of your choice. For liability issues, no private mechanic will be allowed to inspect the car. 12. Depending on your state's DMV, you might need to do various inspections on the car, prior to registering it. Please do your own research prior to bidding and bid accordingly. 13. Seller makes no representations or warranties, nor are any representations or implied warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Extended warranty may be available by aftermarket companies, if the factory warranty doesn't apply. Seller is responsible for rejection of the factory warranty from the dealers, if applicable. 14. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state DMV registration fees at your state of residence, as well as other required inspection by your state that the vehicle will be registered. If you reside outside California and wish to register the car in a different state other than CA, you will not be charged local California sales tax only if you have the car shipped on a trailer or a tow truck. Any buyer that drives the car out of our lot (regardless of the state of residence) will have to pay 7.25% sales tax to state of California COLLECTED BY US. Sales tax collected from out of state buyers will be applied towards your state's sales tax. You will be provided with a receipt for all the fees. A $55 documentation fee applies to all buyers.
