THE HISTORY The M5 Sport Sedan has only 25,264 miles on it... that is not a typo... ONLY TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND MILES... that is only an average of 7k miles per year of driving which is amazingly less than the normal 15k/yr most people do !!! The VIN is WBSNB93516B582000. It was built at BMW's Assembly Plant in Germany in October of 2005. It was sold brand new by Braman BMW in Miami Florida on December 28th of 2005 with just 10 miles on the odometer. This one and only original owner purchased the vehicle completely outright... no loan... no lease... just wrote a check and bought it which tells you right there that it was in good hands. This original owner lived in Key Biscayne which is one of the most expensive and prestigious areas in Southern Florida. This M5 was kept normally serviced at Braman BMW and the Carfax report has entries for these services with dates and mileages. In early January of 2012 and with just 25,255 miles on the odometer, this owner decided that after enoying this M5 for just over 5 years it was time for something different and traded in this M5 at The Collection in Miami Florida on a brand new Porsche GT3 they had for sale. She is very peppy and I drove it on the highway and looked down and saw I was doing 80 and the engine had plenty more power to give me. The vehicle looks absolutly amazing for its age and mileage although it does have a very few stone chips and a very few surface scuffs/scratches are evident here and there. The paint is still deep and glossy. The interior shows very little wear... the leather looks very clean and is free of any tears. The carpeting is still plush and free of any staining or tearing. The wood trim is free of any fade or cracking. Some of the rims have some very minor curb rash. The tires on this BMW are Continental ContiSportContact2's; P255/40ZR19's with approx 5/32nds of tread life left in the front and P285/35ZR19's with approx 8/32nds of tread life left in the rear. I have one master key, one valet key, one valet key insert holder, the original carpet floormats, the navigation dvd with case, the 6 cd cartridge, the original bottle of washer fluid and oil topoff kit provided when purchased new, and the full set of owners manuals.
