1988 Mazda Rx7 turbo swaped Ls1 and T56 6 speed, daily driver. This car was built 2 years ago and have daily drove it to and from work which is about 35 mile round trip. I am an adult not a teenager the car have not been beat to hell! The car has a few dents here and there nothing major original paint could use a new paint, and the interior was grey but ive swapped most of it to black but the interior still needs more attention dashboard is cracked I have some carpet needs too be clean. The registration was just paid comes without smogg! Engine- The motor came from a 2002 z28 that had 90k on it paper work from dismantler available no leaks runs strong,Corvette coil covers, Fuel is fed from a walbro pump and regulated thru a c5 vette filter/regulator, ls6 intake manifold, msd wires, ngk plugs, JTR radiator kit cooled bye volvo s60 fan controled by a switch , JTR long tube headers, 2.5 true duals thru magnaflow exaust no catylic converters raw power! Trans- 6 speed t56 no grinds or poping out of gear, b&m short shifter, resurfaced flywheel when i did the swap, spec stage 2 clutch *chatters but holds all the power and has lots of life left, willwood slave cylinder, stainless braided clutch line. Misc drivetrain- Factory mazda s4 turbo posi rear no issues, alum c5 vette driveshaft, solid motor and rear end mounts, energy susp trans mount. Wheels/tire/susp/brakes- Staggered 5zigen fn01rc limited edition redline rims, 17x8/17x9.5, michelin pilot ps2 235f 255r can fit upto a 285 on the rear but those tires were on the wheels when i got them. Eibach sport lines on Tokico blue struts. Camber- Cam bolts for front and an adjustable rod for the rear, lifetime allignment thru firestone goes with the car. Ceramic pads and resurface rotors at the time of swap, black forged alum lug nuts and black gorilla locks. Electrical/tune- Oddysey pc680 sealed gel battery with billet mount, Harness modified bye Eatpez V8Rx7forum.com, ecm was mounted under passenger foot rest so engine bay looks clean, ecm was sent to Nick at Newtech he put a *safe tune* on my ecm when i sent it there for the vats disable, and i never took it back because i wanted to do heads and cam but never got around to it. So i owe $200 instead of $300 to have a dyno tune done, thats up to the buyer and you could probably pick up a good 20-30 hp because it has a safe tune on the ecm now. It's a really nice project that's need to be finished up she starts,runs,drive & stops well with serious power this car is being auction at a decent reserve as is!
