1963 Triumph 650 Thunderbird, Pearl Gray and Black looks, runs and shifts great has all solid state ign. and charging batt is approx. 6 mos old, very few miles on new Dunlop Gold Seal tires and tubes, carbs cleaned and new plugs. The engine is fitted with an early 8 bolt cyl. and head assy , but comes with the correct 9 bolt cyl. pistons, head assy. and (Monoblock) carb. with these parts it would be approx 85% original except for the tank, pipes handle bars and switches. ( it is at present set up as a Bonnie with twin 930 amal carbs) I have had this bike since 1965 and hate to give her up shes like an old family member to me, I'm 70 yrs old and have bad gout attacks in my feet and can't kick start her anymore, I still ride but need push button bike now. For the novice or new rider this is a right hand shift, if your not used to it could get you in trouble The paint has been on her for about 6 yrs and the chrome is ok for her age, but could use a face lift, but looks good as is. I would prefer a local buyer and can deliver this bike up to 150 miles from my home for a small fee, if not all shipping costs and arrangments are on you.
