I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT Quad Cab with just around 104,000 miles. The truck is 4 wheel drive and is the Off Road edition. The truck stands taller than an average ram and has the nice 17 inch 5 spoke dodge rims. The tires have plenty of tread. The truck was a former DPW Supervisor's. A worker hit the truck that's why the driver's side doors are changed. The rear driver's side door doesn't open. The Truck has power windows, locks and mirrors. the mirrors are also heated and tilt wheel. All done in January. New battery, new wires, new alternator, new serpentine belt and pulley, new front brakes and rotors, new ignition coil and plug, new steering wheel cover, new floor mats and replaced the exhaust. The truck runs and drives. Took back and forth to work five days a week 30 miles one way. The motor runs strong however the truck doesn't shift into over drive. Since owning the truck and fixing it up little by little I purchased a newer vehicle and have no use for the truck so I didn't want to put more money into the transmission.
