Very clean original paint 1970 Hemi Orange Barracuda convertible. This is an original California car, that also spent some time in South Carolina and Kansas. If you have been looking for a nice Barracuda convertible to transform into a Hemi Cuda recreation this is your car. Rarely will you find an unrestored E body convertible in this condition. You are looking at an original paint car (99%) with minimal rust. The drivers side fender was touched up at some point. The rest of the car is original paint. The rear Cuda valence and Cuda Rallye hood have been added. I also have a shaker conversion kit with a nice flat hood available at an extra cost. The only rust on the car is in the trunk pan and a small amount on the passengers side quarter panel in the rear door jam area and in front of the rear wheel.There is some scaling on the bottom of the quarter panels (see pics). The drain holes must have been blocked. When I purchased the car several years ago, the previous owner had installed frame rail connectors. To install them he cut some of the floor pan. The frame rail connectors have been removed and the floor pans were recently repaired using AMD parts. I have included before and after pics so you can see what was done. Since this is an original paint car you will not find any surprises under the paint. I have included pics of all the areas that have body damage or rust. As you can see all the hard to find, expensive E body convertible trim and unique parts are in place. I have owned and restored multiple E body convertibles over the last 20+ years and this is the cleanest Barracuda convertible I have ever owned.
