Have owned this car for 10 years; want a street rod.This car runs great, would take it on a long roadtrip if economy wasn't a concern.Fresh 383, warmed over. Bucket seats, console, square steering wheel. Looks great, lots of thumbs up. Shines up great, but the body is not the greatest -poor repaint on rear of car; frame had rust, but has been repaired, is safe, will last for many years. Some rust around wheel wells in rear, but paint covers it.This is not a car you would do a full resto on, but sure is fun to drive, looks great, drives great, especially on the hiway. Needs nothing. Mechanically sound. Drive it anywhere. New rear springs couple years ago, Mopar performance valve covers,redone rad &heater core. Gas gauge does not work,New header gasket on front of convert top,it leaked,interior is quite nice,rip in driver seat,newer carpets,unfortunatly they didnt send the carpet for a consul car,so they are not quite wide enough to be covered by mouldings at bottom of doors. Motor has a 484 lift roadrunner cam,nice rumble,some rust under driver door,havent finished the repair,but it is painted so not to noticable.Top is worn and cracked where it meets the body by the rear quarter window,its been like that since i bought it and isnt a problem.
