1966 GTO Turquoise with a Turquoise interior. This is a original factory 4 speed. 389 cu with 335 hp The prior owner took out the runnung motor to restore the car. It only had 88,500 miles on it, He had it professional rebuilt to standard specs about 2 years ago. Pistons 30 over, line bore, crank done, new crank bearings, heads done, new cam, etc. Also new water pump, fuel pump, etc. Complete ready to put in with exhaust manifolds, starter, pullies, fan, alternater, carb, engine mounts, oil filter, etc. There was a different intake and distributer in it. He kept the dual point distributer and put a correct 4 barrl intake on it. ( The original dist goes with the car ) . When I purchased the car, I dropped the oil pan and checked it out. The engine code checks out WT ( 389 4 Speed). Trans assembled with new bearing, clutch, pressure plate, etc. Motor has been stored inside since redone. The car needs restoration. It has typical rust, probably needs trunk pan, floors seem decent, see pictures. A friend has a complete tri power set up if interested. Will consider putting engine and trans in for easier delivery.
