Buying an ATV online can be scary. You'll notice in a lot of auctions there is very little description and very few pictures. In our auctions you get all the details, both good and bad. In addition you are always welcome to come check this quad out and ride/inspect it for yourself before the auction ends to ensure your happiness. ATV: This ATV is a 2007 Honda Recon ES 250. (TRX250TE) This machine is Honda's smallest, adult sized ATV and it is a fantastic value. It features a very peppy 250cc 4 stroke engine with a 5 speed transmission and shaft drive. This is the ES or electric shift version and while you do have to shift gears you do so by simply pushing buttons with your thumb; up for an up shift and down for a downshift. This is the best of both worlds because you get the reliability of a manual transmission with the ease of use of an automatic. Of course features like racks, floorboards, a trailer hitch, electric starting and reverse are all standard equipment. These ATV's are plenty big enough to work hard, provide lots of fun on the trail and they don't break the bank. If you are reading this you probably know about Honda's legendary quality. We get to work on every ATV out there and the simple truth is that Honda's are simply a better made product than the competition. Of course it does come with a clear title. Condition: This ATV is in excellent used condition. This model does not have an hour meter or odometer but it appears to be a very low mile machine. Everything on it works perfectly and it has no issues what so ever. Appearance wise it looks great with only a few light scratches from minimal use. It has no broken or cracked plastic and has obviously not been wrecked or abused. The original tires do show some wear but they still have a fair amount of life left in them. So overall you are getting a very nice used used ATV at a $100 minimum bid and no reserve. You could go buy a new one for $5000+ or here you pick the price, what more could you ask for? Accessories: We stock and install all the best ATV accessories so if you want to add a snow plow, trailer, nicer wheels, etc just drop us a line. We'd be happy to help. Shipping: We do not provide shipping but many of our customers have had great luck lately with www.uship.com You can post your shipping requests there and let shippers bid on them. I will be happy to work with your shipper within reason to make it go smoothly for you. Details: Overall this is a very nice ATV that will make someone very happy. No games here, it will sell. No reserve and no “buy it now”. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington KY and 75 South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax. We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is. Thanks and happy bidding. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATV's to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
