1972 CHEVELLE SS CLONE Up for bid is a 72 Chevelle/Malibu SS clone thats clean and straight. It has the original matching numbers 350, rebuilt about 3 years ago with less than 5000 miles since the rebuild. It comes with fresh tires with new wheels and chrome ring/caps. A brand new SS hood was added when it was repainted factory cream yellow. A new grill was added along with new front and rear bumpers. The tail, head, reverse lights, and turn signals are also new. Dual flo-pro exhaust with two chrome tips and it has front disc brakes and power steering. It also has the complete factory A/C system, but it needs to be recharged. Interior is in good shape, it has a new reupholstered front seat. The head liner, carpet and dashboard are fair but it wouldn’t hurt to replace them. All weather stripping is original. Carpet has some light tinting here and there. The Glass seems to be fine and all 4 windows roll down with no issues.The paint is really nice and straight, no major issues. There are some small chips here and there on the car, too small for pictures as to be expected. There are no signs of visible rust anywhere that can be found. It does not have spare tire, but however it does have the original jack. All lights, turn signals, gauges, dome and glove compartment lights works fine. Everything works as it should on this car with the exception of the A/C. This car is a real head turner and drives, sounds, turns and stops great. It has been given a salvage title because it was stolen about 3 years ago from the original owner and was an insurance recovery.
