Restored 1966 Volvo 122S. I restored it myself, so it's not up to show quality, but it looks and runs very good. I restored it in 2004-2005 and used it as my daily driver from 2005-2009. My son has driven it past two years and is looking for something different. The engine was replaced in 2004 with a 2000cc B20 engine so it has more acceleration than a stock 1800cc engine. It's a 4 speed manual transmission. This is a fun, reliable, and cool car. I get lots of positive attention while driving it. Other aspects of the car:B20 2000 cc, 118 HorsepowerOdometer is inoperable, but I estimate approx 36,000-40,000 miles on current engine. The right rear door had to be repaired and repainted after scraping a parking garage pole. The paint flaked in a couple spots and has been repaired. The inside left door handle needs to be replaced (I may be able to replace it before the sale). The dash has a crack. Dome light not working. Although this car is in excellent condition, please remember that it's 45 years old and is being sold in "as is" condition. Pls ask any questions so I can give you more insights. On Jan-14-12 at 18:48:21 PST, seller added the following information: I was doing some final clean up today and while cleaning out the trunk, I found some pitting in the trunk floor. The area is still structually sound, but I wanted to disclose what I found since I had previously stated no rust. I have added pictures of the trunk pitting and undercarriage to show that the undercarriage is rust free. I ordered a replacement door handle for the left rear door and will have it installed prior to transfer.
