1977 Honda CR

For sale: 1977 Honda Cr125 Elsinore Starts right up and the front end gets light very quick. The clutch is either on or off. There is a Sudco Mikuni from AMS racing when they sold carbs for this bike included is the original carb which worked fine. Overall condition of body is an 8 or 8.5. The engine and transmission and power range are tight and it is very fast. The DID's, tires, forks, boots, suspension and seat are in excellent shape. The plastics, frame paint, engine paint are in good to decent shape. I've owned this bike for several years now and it's been trail ridden once, about a dozen times around the block and thats it. Always kept inside. It is not perfect but is in great overall shape for whatever you want to do with it. The flaws: The exhaust pipe is from a 76 ( I was told), the original spark arrestor is present and in great shape but consequently the exhaust assembly does not line up with the rear most hanger which is still bolted in place. The tank has two shallow recesses call them dents if you'd like and a few small areas where the paint has come off. There is a small fracture in the frame bracing off the down tube of the frame SEE PICTURES. It does not compromise the structure and is a very easy repair. Squeaky rear wheel bearing. Needs new grips. Additional info: I was told the front shocks were Goki? They have the little colored gauge to read pressure, and the readings are good and they hold pressure. The kill switch is present and works but the strap to keep it clamped to the bars is missing.
