1996 Geo Metro LSi 37 city / 44 hwy MPG 175,184 Original Miles manual transmission 1.0L 3 cylinder engine Project car with real potential. Dependable car to drive and fuel efficient! Nice brakes from front to back. Great struts and rear shocks. Clutch is in fine shape with smooth, easy shifting. Starts up cold and the engine sounds very good. Front crankshaft seal does leak some oil and should be replaced. All-around good glass, NO chips, cracks or breaks. Non-smoker vehicle with excellent interior, however dashboard is faded. Dual airbags, dual mirrors, Sony AM/FM radio, cruise control and heater. Current license and tabs along with a clear state car title. Original paint with minor dings, dents and scratches as shown in the photos. Typical rust for an Upper Midwest car of this vintage. Some body work needed on rocker panels. Rear stabilizer mount brackets require welding. New muffler, resonator and exhaust pipe included but NOT installed. Please note work is needed on the mounting brackets for the front A-frames. They are solid and strong but it should not be driven until they are enclosed and checked thoroughly so that no water or salt can get into these two enclosures. When driven this car feels solid and responsive and I would encourage anyone considering this car to test drive it prior to bidding if that is at all possible.
