I am selling my beautiful 1946 Ford Pickup Truck. This truck was a frame off restoration in 1994 by the previous owner. The truck was in dry storage when I purchased the truck from the owner's son after he passed away. Although, it is not a perfect show truck any longer, it is still in very good condition inside and out. The body is all steel with a wood bed. It has the 350 engine that was rebuilt during restoration. When I purchased the truck, the son said the mileage showing at that time was accurate as the mileage was set at zero when it was rebuilt. However, I have no way to validate that information. The truck now shows 9,842 miles. She really drives and rides very nice and has an automatic transmission on the column and tilt steering. The truck has a beautiful gold and orange paint job which is still in very nice overall condition as shown by the pictures. The paint color and overall condition of the truck is why I bought it to begin with, as I love the two tone color. The two tone color codes are listed on a color plate attached to the firewall so you can easily purchase touch up paint, etc if ever needed. This truck always receives a lot of attention at every car show that I have entered it in and has won many trophies as you can imagine. I have dressed out the engine in chrome within the last 8 months and it really looks great. I have replaced the master brake cylinder and the brakes work great, and the tires are in very good condition. I recently purchased very nice electric leather seats out of a 2006 Cadailac STS but have not got around to installing them. I will let the leather seats go with the truck if it meets the reserve. Truck has vintage air, however, I have never used it so it probably needs some freon added, but it does work. Good luck bidding and let me know if you have any questions.
