Original owner car from one family in Long Island beginning restored and showing 66,129 original miles, this is an awesome Ford Machine. It just received a solmonized polish and looks absolutely radiant in the custom silky Sexy Red paint and the amazing trim that Ford used on the top-of-the-line Galaxies. This car gets a lot of attention I am a young female and bought this car instead of the fabulous 2-door convertible. The custom gold flanks are very straight, and I have no problems believing that you can keep or personally restore / customize with no problems. All sheet-metal on this Galaxie is solid and panel gaps are better than average all around. The pictures were just taken last night because I'm looking for a very quick and painless sale. I have business to take care of point blank. The sound system has also been insanly coustomized. Huge "15" Red speakers in coustomized box with tvs and lights. crazy crazy crazy system alone has won competitions. no pics because im in a rush to sell and i has to borrow a camera to take the pics i posted. buy the car you and everyone else will love it and Im pissed i have to sell it but such is life. just repaied the tranny as well and has a year local warrenty in ny. you cant lose. hot deal. The interior features red vinyl deluxe bench seats. Interior could stand to be restored. Comes with origianl book to purchase original interior panals and carpet for the car. Infact you can change almost everything on the car with that book. There's an original Ford pushbutton AM radio with front and rear speakers, with the rear one in the center of the rear seat behind a gorgeous chrome grille. The steering wheel is gorgeous, with the Galaxie 500 XL emblem in the center and a rim-blow horn ring. I really dig the gold anodized appearance of the gauge faces, better than plain black or the more common brushed silver, and it's amazing how "right" it looks in this black '60s cruiser. The trunk has been nicely finished with the customized audio system installed. The bumper should be rechromed has small rust spots. Scratch on drivers side left upper quarter panel small but present. Documentation consists of the original owner's registration that also contains the original information in the owner's name, and information as well.
