We purchased this 2002 Suburban new in October 2001. The vehicle was well cared for, with no issues with the vehicle other than a manfufacturer corrected issue with the differential years ago. No further issues. Oil changed regularly using synthetic Mobil 1 oil. Had a major brake job done within the past 30K miles or so. Changed the battery less than one year ago. No other issues the entire time we owned this vehicle. We stopped driving the vehicle over two years ago. You can see from the registration and inspectio stickers that they are very outdated (from 2009). I have started the vehicle periodically and driven it around our property to circulate the oil and let the motor warm up. I drove the vehicle for about 5 miles last night and then today did a general high-level inspection of the vehicle before listing:The engine started immediately and ran fine.All things mechanical, including the engine, transmission and brakes worked fine.The radio works.The air conditioning works but it does not seem to be blowing as cold as it should. The A/C probably needs a refrigerant charge since the vehicle it has been sitting for more than two years without being driven very much. The A/C has always worked fine with no issues so I am pretty sure the issue is only the need for a refrigerant top-up.There are some "rubbed" areas where the black finish is rubbed off of buttons on the dash board (probably normal for 149K miles) I showed one in a picture of the radio, which shows the "seek" button with a white spot, which is where the black finish is rubbed off.The right-hand driver's seat arm rest is worn out as shown in the picture. Probably a dealer replaceable item but I'm not sure.There is a tear in the leather on the door-side edge of the driver's seat as shown in one of the pictures. Also the area around this tear is worn (from the driver sliding in and out of the seat when getting in/out of the vehicle).Both electric mirror adjustment controls do not work. This is unusual that both do not work. It might be a fuse but I don't know.The window buttons on the driver's door are recessed down inside of the hole. Still accessable and functional, but it does not look right. Probably a retainer clip inside the door panel needs to be replaced or fixed.The windshield has a crack that is shown in one of the pictures. It might need to be replaced in order to pass inspection since the crackj is somewhat in front of the driver side. I cannot ship this vehicle so buyer needs to pick it up in Sugar Land Texas (southwest Houston) or arrange to have it shipped after paying for it. I have the title and lien release paperwork in-hand for quick and easy title transfer. A 3-day no-reserve sale for a quick sale. Must sell before end of year.
