74 bus VW Camper van. We think this is a Sunbeam conversion. No camping gear inside much roomier. has a built in custom cabinet that fits behind the seats, it can be kept or removed. Tent is in okay condition but we were going to replace it. The roof pops straight up. We got if from someone who had it stored in a barn for the past ten years. It was running well when it was parked. Someone helped themselves to the carburetor as far as I understand this bus will run fine with a new one. It will also need a muffler. Needs fixing up inside. But for a forty year old bus the body is in great shape. There is small amounts of spot rust and rust under the mat on the floor of the drivers side but not underneath the van. Perfect for restoring. Tires will need to be replaced. Has AC plug on side. Seems to have all original cushions and curtains. The interior could use new front seats and panels. Has trailer hitch. It will need to be towed. It is located near the the UNCA campus in Asheville NC. We have the title. 156,000 miles and a dozen vintage dead stickers ~this bus has been to a lot of shows.
