Vehicle Detail
All major service just completed. New Brake pads front and rear with new mounting hardware. ABS system flush, new heated grips, new Metzeler Tourance rear tire, oil change with Mobil 1 Synthetic, new fuel filter, new fuel disconnects from BeemerBoneYard including the 2 disconnects for the crossover line. Synthetic fluids always used on the bike. Valve adjust and throttle body sync completed as well. Bash guards for the timing cover and center stand bash guard for the Cat system. Side stand extension (big foot). Additional fused load center that powers the PIAA lights and heated Corbin saddle. Hepco Becker side racks included but not mounted. Original seat included as well. Touratech locking rear rack. Odyssey gel battery and starter are less than a year old. I'm 6'0" tall and the seat is just right for me height wise. The stock seat puts you farther forward but is a little taller so the reach is about the same. The PIAA lights are not working for some reason. They light up when given 12 volts directly and I the relay is good. The LED on the handlebar is getting power and changes from red to green as it should but the lights don't come on! After spending an hour on them I figured there are so many choices out there for lights it would take less time to install something else! Everything else on the bike works as it should. There is a dent in the tank from when the bike was tipped over by 60 MPH winds. The bike was parked and not running at the time. Just tell people that your were attacked by natives in Papua New Guinea. That sounds better than telling them it just fell over! The bike is ready to fly & ride back home wherever you might live. Arctic Circle? Austin? Anaheim?
