This auction is for a 2000 Ford F-250 XLT Extended Cab Short Bed pickup. It has the 7.3 Diesel and the Manual 5 speed transmission with (OD) Overdrive. This truck is bullet proof with the manual transmission. No expensive rebuilds for an automatic transmission which is the weak link on these trucks. It is a 2 wheel drive which gets better mileage due to less drag. If driven right it will get about 20 miles per gallon. This truck runs excellent and I am the second owner. It is in excellent condition for a 12 year old truck. As with any truck that is 12 years old it not perfect. There is plenty of life left in this DIESEL. This is a Southern California Truck ABSOLUTLY NO RUST. Actual Mileage is 35,582. The mileage was certificate by the dealer that I purchased it from and it has the mileage certificate from the State of California. Body has virtually no dents. The front bumper has a small dent under the top lip of the chrome bumper on the passenger side and it not very visible. The are few minor scratches in the paint and there is some concrete splatter on the tailgate that maybe able to be rubbed/buffed out. There are no No dings or dents. The bed has a brand new Bedliner. There has never been a fifth wheel installed so there are no holes in the bed. The rubber protection strips on the top of the bed rails shows some signs of sun damage. Engine No Oil leaks of any kind, Runs Excellent, Rescent Coolant Flush New Serpentine Belt, New Radiator hoses. Running Delo Diesel Motor oil. I have Motocraft filters that go with the auction(2) oil filters and (1) fuel filter. Tires are excellent and were replaced just before I got the truck due to age. Interior is clean no rips or tears in the gray cloth. The carpetting is in excellent shape. Dash has no cracks. The truck is equipped with Remote Door Locks, Power Locks, Cruise Control sontrols on the Steering Wheel, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Cassette Tape Player, Extended Cab (Seats 6 tight), Sliding Rear Window, Privacy Glass in the rear. I replaced all the rubber hoses and flushed the cooling system. I changed the oil at 5,000 mile changes. The vehicle starts right up and idles smooth. The clutch is smooth with no chatter. I pulled a covered trailer and sports car about 6,000 pounds and the truck did not know it was pulling anything. This truck has plenty of power and it a pleasure to drive and pull anything behind it.
