For sale is a 1995 Plymouth Neon. Cosmetically, it has some minor dents and scratches, but in terms of mechanics, although it is mostly in good condition, the car does not start. I suspect it might be a minor problem... I've been told it's probably gas pump. Not more than a couple hundred to fix. The rest of the car is in excellent condition, oil changes and several maintenances done, including new air filter, new fuel filter, spark plugs and cables, etc. I'm getting married next year, and will be looking for a new car, hence, not much point in fixing it myself.
