Vehicle Detail

1964 Buick LeSabre 4 Door Hardtop I am starting the bidding at a low $1800.00. A 1964 Buick Lesabre Sedan just sold on eBay for $1300 last week and I think this vehicle has a lot more to offer and is in better condition. That car was a sedan so it had B pillars, this car does not, so there are no top door frames. This car also has AC and power windows that work. That car had manual windows and no AC.This car is fully driveable where the other car needed brake work. The interior is far better as well, so I think my starting price is more than fair. I am the third owner of this car.Vehicle was painted once in the late 90s and motor rebuilt about 10 years ago. Engine is the 4.9L Wildcat 355 that has aluminum heads.AC works great and was updated and converted to R134 in 2008.It blows ice cold. The car has been garaged kept. It's currently registered and insured and driven occasionally. The motor starts easily and runs great and has an Edelbrock(weber) carb in place of the original 4 jet carb. I installed a new Delco battery this year.Engine has dual exhaust that has a nice throaty sound to it.The previous owner painted the engine bay Plum Crazy purple for his wife who drove it periodically.Tires and brakes are good. The driver side mirror needs to be reconnected to the remote control knob on the door, but all the power windows work as well as the vent wing cranks and door handles. The interior is original and in pretty good shape for a 47 year old car. The seats have plastic covers and that's kept them from ripping and wearing. The carpet is still in good shape as well as the back seat tray. The headlinder has a small seam separation above the back seat and the sun visors could use new piping. The radio antenna is motorized but it's not hooked up.The exterior has blister rust in the normal GM rocker spots and back window. There is also a small rust hole in the hood where the cross member is known to trap water. The trunk has the most rust behind the taillights, but the floor of the trunk is still solid with no through rust.Vehicle comes with original owners manual, two original factory shop manuals, a set of NOS backup lenses and an extra set of key blanks. I am selling this vehicle as is and although it's solid mechanically, it could use some TLC on the body to make it pretty, or you can drive it as is. I need the space in the garage for motorcycles. Full/Partial trades for motorcycles considered. Please contact me regarding that. Please bid only if you intend to buy. Deposit of $1000 due upon auction end, with the balance due upon pickup or delivery in 14 days.I will deliver up to 50 miles away for an additional $100.00.
