I am the second owner of this car! I bought it in February 2005 with about 246,000 miles on it. I have all the service records for the time I have owned it. This car may have what is considered a lot of miles on it but remember it is 26 years old. It has NEVER been in an accident and has all the original body panels. The car is a great car to restore and is worth it just for the parts! Here are the negative things about this car: This car has rust/rot around the rear wheel openings, the right fender is cracked (from age), the front header panel is broken (someone backed up into the front while parked), the windshield is cracked, the mount for the hood release inside the car is broken, the driver side door panel has two small cracks, there is a dent on the rear hatch just below the spoiler, the AC could use a charge (but works), and there is surface rust on the sliding roof. Now the good things: This car has the rare rear window shade (I have been offered over $300 for this piece but do not want to break up the car), it has a rare CRX Wolf's bra, the interior is in very good condition with minimal wear and like new original carpet, has a new radiator, clutch, timing belt and gear, engine seals, stabilizer links, control arm and bushing,rebuilt distributor, brakes the rear hatch pistons hold up the hatch and recently tuned up. This car runs very well, handles very well and still gets about 40 mpg. Remember this is an Si with all the Si options and is like a sports car. The transmission is great! Yes this car needs work and needs to be restored but how many original CRX's are till around? This car is being sold as is so please ask any and all questions while the auction runs.
