1950 merc leadsled runs and drives chopped top i put the body on a very nice 1992 caprice chassis so it has air conditioning heat,power steering ,driver and passenger air bags,twighlight headlights,factory bose amp,speakers.aftermarket cd player.fuel injection, abs,tilt wheel ,cruise controle,disc brakes,v8 fuel injection,overdrive trans.and the whole bit.and everything works.i bought the capice from a older couple that took very good care of it,nothing wrong with it at all when i got it .it had no rust anywhere.everybody told me i was crazy for cutting the body off because the car was so nice.floors are beautiful not even any surface rust on them.they still have factory paint underneath.the former owners kept it garauged its whole life.but it will need front brake pads.they squeek i may change them before the auction ends if i have time.i just had new stainless true dual exhaust on it its a ltz 350 sounds awsome,maybe a little loud for some ,it has the 1950 merc body put over the caprice floor and dash excetra so the underneath looks like a brand new car and if it breaks down on you just go to the parts store and get the part for a 1992 caprice and go.you could drive this car accross the country comfortably.does need finished it is still a project but goes down the road nice.also im giving you another 50 merc as can be seen in last 3 pics.motor and tranny in that one does not go.but everything else in those pics do.if u want it.if your coming from far away we can just cut what you want off and take it with you so you dont have to take both cars back. i mainly wanted the back of the quarters and the roll pan and panel under the trunk.to replace where this car was customized in the fiftys.it also has the tailights in it and headlights.cash when you pick it up and i need paid within 5 days ,if you want to send the money ill store the car for a few months if needed.also dont try bidding and winning the auction then coming and trying to jew me down it wont work and youll be making a long trip and going home with nothing.look at the pics good ask as many questions as you need but if you buy it you buy it.i hate to sell it but i need the money to finish another project i have.this could be a very awsome old school leadslead whith a all new car ride dependibility.
