1996 Lincoln Continental 4 door sedanI am donating 10% of the final price to "No Kid Hungry" (no child should be hungry)(the vin # says 1995 but for some without a problem the registration say 1996, ????)Car has 140,990 miles and has not been driven for about 1 year (I do start the car at least once a month).The vehicle's air shock system went last December and has'nt been driven since.I was going to change the system over to normal shocks and struts but have too many projects(I found that this conversion would cost about $650 for the parts).The car always ran very good and was reliable at least untill the shocks went outI have owned this car for about 4year and it was an every day driver.The motor runs strong with no knocks or fluid leakage, the body is sound and in very good condition.The exhaust sounds good, the brakes seem fine even though I only move it around the yard to cut the grass.There is no chips or cracks in any of windows The leather interior is in pretty good shapeThere is a little rust starting above the windshield on passenger side & under drivers door (see photo's)The rocker panels, doors, door jamb, fenders, trunk lid & hood are rust free inside and outThere is a couple of minor dings on the car (I only see 2, look at photo's) nothing major.Over the 4 years I drove this care I did put in a new alternator, brakes and oil changes (pretty much only normal maintainace stuff that was ever needed)The battery is not for this car, I put an old battery in it to keep starting it.(the car keeps trying to level it's self out and battiers don't like to be drained too many times)The car could use a paint job, you can see by the photo's there are spots where its worn off.(I've been told this is most likely from bird dropping, not quite sure they were not ther before) The car has power windows, mirrors, seats & sun roof.The heat and AC work great.The front tires are new, and the rear tires are okay, both have factory aluminum rims.You can see the drivers door handle assembly is off the car(I have the assembly and the part that is broke costs $85 from fords)Over all I believe that this car is worth putting back togetherI did consider parting this car out for all the quality parts it dose have.As I said earlier I have too many projectsI hope this description helps you, you can email questions or even view this car in my yardI will not deliver the car, but will assist loading.Even though this car runs, I WOULD NOT try driving it home (if you are around the corner you'll be fine)!! There are no shocks to this car without the air system !!!!
